  • Endomorphs - These are body types that are round and obese. Endomorphs tend to store body fat easily and have a harder time burning it off.
  • Mesomorphs - These are body types that are muscular with broad shoulders, narrow waist, naturally large muscles and fast metabolism due to the amount of lean muscle.
  • Ectomorphs - These are body types that are thin and angular. These type of people are the ones with a fast metabolism who remain slim no matter what they eat. On the other hand, they lack shape due to their low muscle weight.

    Knowing your body type is vital when it comes to improving your figure, since it helps you set resonable goals. Know how much weight you want to lose before you start to diet.
